Surface Preparation
- Substrate must be clean, dry, free of rust, oil, grease, water, dust
- Abrasive blasting or power tool cleaning to clean metal
- If primer used: apply wet-on-wet method
- If filler/putty applied: sand smooth, remove all dust
Critical: Thinner Requirement
DO NOT use QL-ALK-X6 Alkyd Thinner. Use only dedicated hammer finish thinner. Using incorrect thinner will ruin the texture pattern.
