Application Guide

Application Method 1. Surface Preparation: The surface to be painted must be thoroughly cleaned before construction to ensure that there is no rust, oil, water stains, dust, etc., on the surface. 2. Application Conditions: The substrate temperature must be at least 3°C higher than the dew point temperature. Construction temperature should be between 5°C and 35°C. The relative humidity should not exceed 85%. 3. Painting method (see the construction plan of high-chlorinated polyethylene paint for details): Air spraying Diluent: High-chlorinated polyethylene thinner Dilution ratio: 35-40% Nozzle diameter: 2.0-3.0mm Spraying pressure: 0.3-0.6Mpa (about 3-6Kg/cm²) Cleaner: High-chlorinated polyethylene thinner 4. Recommended number of painting coats: Two coats, with a dry film thickness of 60-80um. 5. Painting interval: For substrate temperatures: The minimum interval is 24 hours at 5°C, 8 hours at 20°C, and 6 hours at 30°C; the maximum interval is 7 days. Compatible paints for the previous coat: 6. High-chlorinated polyethylene intermediate paint and high-chlorinated polyethylene iron red primer.
