QLU-3121 is formulated with imported 828 or 128 resins, high-quality solvents, BYK additives, curing agents from American Gas Company, and other premium raw materials. It is a low-viscosity, two-component epoxy coating refined through advanced technology. It is ideal for use in light industrial workshops, offices, food factories (for mildew prevention), and shopping malls, where it enhances the substrate’s color. It is particularly suited for topcoating colored, non-oxygenated flat-painted floors.

| Application Method | Mixing: Pour Component A and Component B into the mixing bucket in the specified ratio, stir thoroughly, and then begin construction. Application Method: Primer Coating: Apply QLU-3000 or QLU-3001 epoxy primer to achieve a uniform film. Middle Coating: Use QLU-3078 epoxy middle coat, mixed with quartz powder, and apply to the desired thickness. Top Coating: Apply the mixed QLU-3066 epoxy self-leveling compound onto the sealed middle coat using a special toothed trowel. (Note: Be sure to smooth with a return pass using the trowel.) Transparent Epoxy Top-Coating: (Note: Can be applied using QLU-3018 or QLU-3068.) Recommended Consumption: 0.1-0.2 kg/m². Application Conditions: Moisture content should be below 8%, and relative humidity should be below 55%.
