Description
QLU-3068 is made from imported Shell 828 resin or 128 resin from Guangzhou Huilian Company, high-quality solvents, pigments and fillers, BYK additives, and products from the American Gas Company, among other raw materials, through advanced technological processes. It is a two-component material with high solid content and low viscosity. It is ideally suited for use in industrial workshops such as electronics factories, food factories, and precision machinery factories, as well as GMP industry workshops, laboratories, and shopping centers for flooring and top coatings.

| Application Method | Mixing: During storage, Component A may experience slight precipitation. Stir Component A thoroughly before mixing. Pour Components A and B into the mixing bucket in the specified ratio, stir well, and then proceed with the application. Application Method: Primer Coat: Apply QLU3000 or QLU3001 primer to ensure a uniform film formation. Middle Coat: Use QLU3078 middle coat material, mix it with quartz powder, and apply it to the required thickness. Top Coat: Apply the QLU3068 top coat mixture onto the well-sealed middle coat using a special toothed trowel (Note: Ensure to pass the trowel over the surface again). Reference Consumption: 0.7 - 3.0 kg/m². Construction Conditions: The moisture content of the substrate should be below 8%, and the relative humidity should be below 55%.
