| Application Method | Please refer to the process specification for detailed construction instructions. The construction wall should be smooth, clean, free from any contaminants, and fully dry, with no floating ash, looseness, or hollow spots. The pH value of the wall should be lower than 9.5, and the moisture content should be below 10%. Before use, the paint can be diluted with up to 10% water depending on the construction conditions. The construction temperature must be above 5°C, preferably above 10°C, and the humidity should be below 85%. Construction is strictly prohibited in climates where condensation is likely (such as foggy weather). Do not apply if rain is expected within 24 hours. To achieve the ideal decorative effect, the matching water-based sealing primer from our company must be used. Theoretical Coverage Rate: Approximately 4 square meters per kilogram (for two coats). Theoretical Paint Consumption: 4㎡/kg/two coats. If necessary, dilute with clean water, adding 5-10% water. Dilution: Depending on construction difficulty and temperature, dilute with clean water, but the dilution ratio should not exceed 10%. Brushing or Rolling: Dilution ratio of 5-10%. Airless Spraying: Water addition is typically not recommended. Construction Conditions: Apply when the temperature is above 5°C and the relative humidity is below 85%. Cleaning: Immediately clean tools with clean water after use. Recoating Time: Wait at least 2 hours between coats. Curing Time: 7 days at 25°C. At lower temperatures (no less than 5°C), extend the curing time to achieve the ideal paint film effect. |
