| Application Method | Recommended Consumption: The actual condition and water absorption of the base surface determine the dosage, approximately 0.2 to 0.4 kg/m². Drying time: Approximately 2 to 4 hours under good air-flow conditions. Usage time: Walkable 2 hours after application, can bear load after 7 days. Base surface treatment: Clean the base surface by removing debris, oil stains, coatings, and curing agents. Repair pits and cracks, and allow curing for several days. If the base is rough or in poor condition, use a water mill to smooth it until the surface is even, then rinse with clean water. For better and smoother surfaces, directly apply the hardener. Hardener application: After cleaning and air-drying the base surface, apply the hardener using a roller. If the surface is highly permeable, apply a second coat 1 to 2 hours later. Before the material dries and shines, spray water on the surface to moisten it. Use a mop to scrub the surface, ensuring the material penetrates. Rinse the base surface to remove excess material. Apply a second coat the next day, continuing until the permeability is low and the surface has white precipitates. Before the material turns white and completely dries, thoroughly clean the surface with a floor scrubber to remove white residue, then perform polishing. Packaging: Component A, 20 kg. |
